T20 World Cup Screening India Vs Pakistan

Description: For the first time ever, RATASI organised live screening of the world cup T20 match between India and Pakistan for its members. Match was telecast on the big screen. Members enjoyed the screening and the choice spread of food on offer. We received overwhelming response in terms of attendance and request from members to organize similar events in the future.
66th Annual General Meeting

Description: The 66thAnnual General Meeting of RATASI was held at Hotel Deccan Plaza, Chennai. Members got an opportunity to meet and mingle after a long time due to the pandemic. The membership fees for the lockdown period was waved off. Members gave inputs regarding the future course of actions and deliverables in the current year for the new team.
COVID Relief work

Description: The COVID pandemic was and continues to be one of the greatest catastrophes of our time. We have been able to face these challenging times because humanity has come together in many ways to help in this fight against the viruses. We have seen the government providing free vaccination to its citizens and people helping each other for getting treatment, oxygen or critical medicines. RATASI played its roll by collecting a COVID relief fund from its members. The funds were used to purchase an oxygen concentrator for our members and also to provide financial assistance to our members and staff who were unable to pay their medical bills. Aid was also offered to family of deceased member.
RATASI Cricket Festival 2021

Description: After a long period, members got together for a much deserved break in the form of an Indoor Cricket Tournament. This was the first time that we played an indoor cricket tournament and it was a hit among the players. Members had great fun with the fast paced game and unique rules of the tournament. Team Chennai Super Kings lead by Sushil Shah won the tournament.
EVEREST RATASI Family 2020

Description: This year saw another successful flagship event of RATASI which is the RATASI Family day. The cricket tournament took place during the event while the members and their families took centre stage with games and events. Events were organized for every member of the family from small kids to elders and for men and women. The event was held at DB Jain Cricket grounds and were live telecast on Youtube for the first time. All the members were able to follow the matches live through an app with score updates and tournament points tables and player statistics. We saw record participation and enthusiasm for the games even through the early summer heat. The tournament winners were Cool Care Accessories.
65th Annual General Meeting

Description: The 65thAnnual General Meeting of RATASI was held at Silver Sands Beach Resort, ECR, Chennai on 4th August, 2019. Members were in good attendance and we saw active participation from all members regarding various decisions of the association. This was coupled with networking and some group activities at the resort.
Everest RATASI Cricket Festival 2019
Date: 27th January, 2019
Description: This was the 5th consecutive year for the tournament. The quality of the game has been increasing steadily over the years and it has made the competition tougher than ever. Members and family attended the event with great enthusiasm and helped make the event a grand success. Team National Engineers – Southern Coil lifted the trophy while Team Refrigeration and Allied Traders came in a close second.
Launch of Dispute Redressal Forum

Description: The Dispute Redressal Forum (DRF) was formed with he express aim of helping members in resolving business disputes in an amicable manner. Senior and well known members of the RATASI family have come forward to form the Forum with the best interest of Association in mind. RATASI members can approach the DRF for help in resolving any disputes they may have.
Gas Safety and GST updates seminar
Date: 24th August, 2018
Description: A seminar on safety aspects of handling refrigerant gases was conducted by Mr. Mansoor Bhavnagarwala. Recent accidents and basic first aid were discussed. Mr. C.A. Vinod Kothari took the members through recent changes in GST and also some of the changes expected to come in the near future. Live testing of gas purity was also done for the benefit of members.
64th Annual General Meeting

Description: The 64th Annual General Meeting of RATASI was held at Hotel Jalpaan, Greams Road, Chennai on 14th July, 2018. We saw good attendance and also significant participation from members in matters of the association. The new committee was formed and some important decisions were passed at the AGM.
RATASI Cricket Festival 2018

Description: The annual cricket tournament has been the flagship event of RATASI for the 4th consecutive year and it only gets better each year. The enthusiasm and support shown by members is beyond our expectations. Each year, the competition gets tougher with more determination and focus by team owners and captains. This year, Team Southern Coil won the trophy and Team Cresco were runner up.
